This was nothing like what we booked! Definitely false advertising at its best! Not even a aaa rated facility. The picture Booked.net showed was a two story facility - this was a group of three one story buildings. Our room had three full-sized beds which was way bigger than what we needed. The room was recently "renovated". Well, it smelled like they used Ben Gay to paint the walls. There was no tub to bathe our little one. The advertised Wi-Fi was not available in our room. We had booked two nights and only stayed one because of our disappointment and discomfort. The owner did not even offer to reimburse us for the second night. We moved on to Crescent City for our second night and found much better accommodations. I'm sure the Blue Coast Inn & Suites was a great place to stay back in the day, but it leaves a lot to be desired today. Also, we were staying right at the Pacific Coast and could not even purchase fresh fish to take home with us. What is that all about? We will definitely be visiting northern Oregon in the future.

For the money it was a fine place to stay. I travel with a large dog, so of course you stay in a pet friendly room. There were no funny odors like in some of the more expensive hotels I've stayed.

    friendly staff.

when booking the price was not bad but after walking into the room, I should have saved my money. Old rundown, should be torn down and a new motel built, not at all what I expected. I was worried about my car the entire time I was there. I was not aware when booking that there were permanent residence living there. If you dont care about the smell or the stacks of mattresses right outside your door then this is the place for you. but if you are used to a certain standard then spend a little more, it will be worth it. I stayed in another hotel in Bend Oregon the night before for the same price and it was clean and quiet and I would rate it a 3.5 to 4, the Blue coast Inn is maybe a 1.

Blue Coast Inn & Suites was quite adequate for our needs. It was not luxurious but it was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location was great, easy to find. We would definitely come again.

The "breakfast" was quite skimpy; 1/2 muffin, coffee. There was an extra charge for hot chocolate. We have stayed at other economy motels that have fresh fruit, eggs, toast, waffles, juice etc. It was a bit of a shock but we moved on.

Staying at the Blue Coast Inn was release for me. Staying there with it's view was great and the staff was so kind and accomdating.

It was a very nice stay. The staff couldn't be nicer. Escaping the heat elsewhere, it was refreshing to find a comfortable room with microwave and small fridge. You get a real value for the money.

The morning coffee was pretty good.

The room was advertised as "a deluxe 2-room suite." That was truly a joke! While the room was clean and only cost $75.00/nt, it was anything but deluxe. The walls were paper-thin and in fact, it was a tad bit scary. I was worried about bed bugs (luckily an unfounded fear). The advertising was grossly exagerated. I would never stay there again!

Very good budget motel! Reception/check-in lady was very friendly and knowledgable. Location is fabulous, because Brookings is an awesome seaside town with delightful people. Loved it!

The place is a dump. Very old and run down. They are storing furniture in the pool. Never come back

Good budget motel, offered continental breakfast, pleasant staff. Had organic shampoo!

Needs updating. No hair dryer and limited outlets.

Room was bigger than some high dollar motels, room was clean and smelled clean,no smoking,no pets

Smokers standing outside their rooms and the smoke coming into our room,we had the door open because there is no ventilation in the room

The rooms are being updated and the manager was very kind and friendly. The room we had originally booked was in use one more night than expected so we were able to uprade to a newly renovated, clean, spacious room at the same rate...no added cost to us..:) The manager was soooo friendly, struck up a conversation and made sure to ask me to bring my wife back for our anniversary as this was the original place we stayed 36 years ago.....

    Fabulous

Easy to find, convenient. Low priced compared to other motels in the area.

Dated atmosphere. Needs room upgrades. No A/C (but we didn't visit during the summer). Very noisy wall heater fan (but also very effective). The room door (#34) showed a lot of daylight around the perimeter. Lack of accessible wall plugs.

    Superb

Value, value, and value. This is a splendid value for the dollar, comfortable, maintained, in a very nice place.

This is an old, old property, that is pretty well taken care of. The age does provide the management some challenges.
